Choose Local-Holiday Fest: November 16th at the Silver Lake Mall from 12 pm to 5 pm

Turkey Trot: November 28th at the Coeur D'Alene Kroc Center from 9 am to 12 pm

Friendly Reminders

Please be mindful if your water heater is located in your garage, to keep your heat on in the garage.
If the weather gets significantly cold, please allow you faucet to drip slightly to keep the water flowing and the pipes from freezing.
Picking up pet waster is mandatory per the signed pet agreements. We will begin noticing units spotted not cleaning up after their animals.

As the weather gets colder, please remember to continue picking up after your pet. Pet waste is also not allowed to be sitting outside of apartment entrances.

Please make sure to be parking in parking stalls and not along the curbs. Cars parked on curbs will be towed at vehicle owners expense.
Please be sure to pick up after your pets to ensure our community stays looking beautiful.
Reminder: a 30 day notice is require before move out.

All current tenants who refer an applicant who signs a lease will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card. Refer your friends and family!! No max limit!!

HELP OUR VETERANS:

We have partnered with the ARMY National GUARD to accept usable items to benefit local veterans (non perishable food, linens, appliances, electronics, furniture, etc).
Please DO NOT throw these away, drop them off outside the Barrington Leasing Office and we will donate them for you

RENEW/MOVE OUT:

If you are planning on renewing your lease, but have not done so yet, you need to do so ASAP
If you are moving out, I need a minimum 20 day notice prior to move out from each roommate. Contact me and I will email you the form to fill out

Reminders:

• Rent in full is due on the 1st of every month. If rent is not received before 11:59PM on the 3rd of every month, it will be considered late

• We are not towing legally parked vehicles without a parking pass during the summer
